Job DescriptionMarketing Manager - Immersive Experience Venue - London (Hybrid)Consumer Additions are proud to be partnered with one of the highest growth immersive experience venues as they're looking to bring onboard their first Marketing Manager.On account of record growth, they're looking for a Marketing Manager. Over the coming months and years, this person will build out a team, whilst bringing many of the outsourced marketing services, inhouse. Key responsibilitiesAssist in overseeing the marketing calendar, encompassing email campaigns, new attraction launches, and website updates.Be the main point of contact for all partner agencies, across Web, Social, and PR.Provide comprehensive briefs to the copy, creative, content, and social teams, ensuring cohesive direction for digital marketing campaigns and new digital initiatives.Construct and develop engaging email campaigns.Review, edit, and approve all artwork for digital marketing campaigns.Track and report on acquisition metrics, such as daily sign-ups and unsubscribes, to generate insightful reports and brainstorm ideas for enhancing each metric.Build out the marketing team, ensuring staff know their objectives and are on track with targets.Manage the CRM platform, maximising and getting the very most out of the tool.Collaborate with the development a social media strategy, from idea to asset creation.QualificationsProven experience creating new marketing campaigns.This is a startup, so we're looking for someone driven, entrepreneurial, ambitious, and keen to get stuck in..Expert level experience with marketing automation and CRM toolsNumbers driven - always striving to exceed targets and build on momentum.Strong social media knowledge, specifically a strong track record of growing business accounts and keeping up to date with trends.Thank you for your application.
