Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Craft and implement marketing plans to enhance brand visibility and attract new clients, including event organisers and corporate clients.
• Lead Generation and Client Acquisition: Pursue new business opportunities, generate high-quality leads, and foster relationships with key industry stakeholders.
• Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Analyse market trends and campaign performance to inform strategic decisions and report insights to senior management.
• Brand Management and Content Creation: Maintain brand consistency across all channels and create compelling promotional materials to showcase the businesses unique offerings.
• Event Promotion and Coordination: Work closely with the events team to promote events, manage marketing calendars, and support event execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 3-8 years of marketing experience, preferably in the events and venue management industry.
• Demonstrable success in executing marketing campaigns and knowledge of digital marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Proficiency in marketing software and tools, with a creative yet analytical approach to problem-solving.
