As an Marketing Manager with a keen focus on the Distribution Channel, you will be instrumental in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives designed to engage and expand our distribution network. This role demands a visionary with a deep understanding of indirect demand generation, particularly within the IT Service Providers ecosystems. Your mission will be to drive demand for Redstor solutions through innovative and impactful indirect sales channels.

What you will do
Strategic Partner Development: Own the creation and implementation of strategic marketing campaigns utilising the partner relationship management tool, working with key distributors to nurture growth and success.
Market Analysis & Segmentation: Perform comprehensive market research to identify potential partners, understanding the competitive landscape to customise engaging content that will appeal to our Distributors - IT Service Providers at various stages of their business’s journey.
Content Strategy & Creation: Develop compelling and tailored content, including case studies, testimonials, blog posts, and sales materials, that articulate the unique value proposition and benefits of partnering with Redstor.
Lead Generation & Acquisition: Execute targeted marketing initiatives focused on lead generation and partner acquisition, leveraging both digital and traditional channels for optimal reach and impact.
Partner Enablement: Manage a suite of resources and programs designed to support partner success, including training sessions, product demonstrations, and co-marketing opportunities.
Performance Tracking & Optimisation: Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance and partner engagement through distribution, utilising insights to refine strategies, enhance partner satisfaction, and maximise program effectiveness.
Collaboration & Alignment: Coordinate closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure a unified approach to partner management and to ensure marketing strategies support Redstor's overall objectives.

About you
Experienced Professional: Minimum of 5 years in marketing, with a clear understanding of the channel. A proven track record in partner acquisition and relationship management, preferably in the B2B, technology, or SaaS sectors.
Strategic Visionary: Capable of developing and executing marketing plans that align with Redstor's business strategy, with a deep understanding of the Distribution and their IT Service Providers ecosystem.
Content Expert: Outstanding writing and content creation skills, capable of producing engaging and persuasive content tailored to Distribution and IT Service Providers audience.
Data-Driven Analyst: Strong analytical skills for measuring campaign performance, deriving actionable insights and making data driven decisions.
Team Player: Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities, capable of working effectively across various departments and with partners.
Creative Innovator: Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to navigate challenges and seize opportunities.
Digital Enthusiast: Proficient in digital marketing tools and strategies, with a knack for lead generation techniques.
