What We Need
We're on the lookout for a dynamic

Marketing Manager

who will lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of marketing projects across various channels for the UK market. This role goes beyond traditional marketing functions and requires a strong presence in networking, pitching our product on stage, attending events, and representing our company in industry associations.

Your Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimise marketing projects across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, events, PR, and more.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and with ROI maximization.
Maintain effective communication and alignment with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and key metrics.
Networking and Representation: Actively network within the industry to build and maintain relationships, representing the company at events and associations.
Pitching and Public Speaking: Confidently pitch our product on stage at various events and forums, showcasing its value and benefits to potential clients and partners.
Event Participation: Attend and represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand presence and establish new connections.
Association Involvement: Participate in relevant industry associations to keep abreast of market development.

Your Profile
Located in London, United Kingdom.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
3+ years of developing and executing strategic marketing plans.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in public speaking and pitching.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships within the industry.
Ability to travel for events, conferences, and meetings as required.
A success story of establishment and upkeep of a robust brand identity.
Proficient in market research, data analysis, and competitor strategies.
Experienced in diverse digital marketing channels and tools.
Proficient in writing engaging marketing content for various platforms.
Analytically minded, able to interpret data and insights, and makes data-driven decisions.
Strong understanding of the hospitality industry would be an advantage.
