MARKETING MANAGER

Bristol - you’ll need to be at one or the other of the sites for this education business for most of the week, so there’s flexibility in remote working, but you need to be mobile and keen to engage with the whole team.

This is a full-time role, with a salary of up to circa £40k

"You will lead our marketing operations to consolidate a strong brand identity across each of our education and learning centres. Your core focus will be supporting student applications and admissions, covering various activities, including enhancing our presence on social media platforms, driving traffic to our website, supporting media presence, direct marketing/print assets, and analysing data to shape strategy.

You will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team and colleagues across the business to support our company vision. You will plan and implement a marketing strategy designed to help us meet our key targets and create robust systems for measuring the effectiveness of our marketing output. You will manage our small team of social media content generators, graphic designers, filmmakers, and public relations consultants.

You will be a dynamic and experienced marketing professional with a strategic mindset and a passion for creative education. With a proven track record in senior marketing roles, you will create a strong brand identity that reflects the business's ethos and commercial targets.

Your strong copywriting abilities, expertise in digital marketing, and knack for creating compelling visual content will allow you to flourish.

Your excellent communication skills will enable you to build strong relationships with colleagues, students, and industry partners.

You have a deep understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing techniques, and you are adept at managing websites, optimising user journeys, and analysing data using tools like Google Analytics. Your creative flair and strategic marketing knowledge are matched by your commercial awareness, particularly in the creative and educational sectors."
