Are you a marketing professional looking to join a growing company within the ever-expanding energy sector where you will play a key role in the company's continued growth?

This company specialise in retrofit and home improvements for homes and businesses to help them reduce their carbon footprint and energy costs through bespoke renewable energy, heating and insulation solutions. Due to continued success and an on-going programme of growth, they are now looking to recruit a Marketing Manager to help them achieve their ambitious growth plans.

In this role the successful candidate will work closely with the senior leadership team to develop and implement a marketing strategy across the business. This will include but is not limited to developing the company's social media presence, LinkedIn profile and local marketing. This will be an office-based role in Swansea with occasionally travel to events and conferences.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience within a marketing role and be looking to lead a company's marketing strategy. They will have good communication skills, be solution-orientated and looking to grow long-term with a company. They will need to be commutable to Swansea and happy to travel when needed.
