Responsibilities

• Support the Head of Marketing with global strategy and integrated campaigns
• Plan and deliver in-person and virtual events, including an annual investment conference
• Expand digital marketing across website, social media, email and marketing automation
• Oversee creation of collateral: factsheets, flyers, presentations and ad hoc content
• Build and execute multichannel campaigns; promote content; track effectiveness and ROI
• Ensure marketing compliance; manage sign-off processes and maintain audit records
• Line-manage two team members; allocate workload, meet deadlines and support development
• Collaborate with sales and stakeholders to align marketing with business objectives

Requirements

• 7+ years' experience in the investment management industry
• Proven people management, including performance, development and workload planning
• Knowledge of UK intermediary and institutional channels in asset management
• Strong proficiency with marketing and web analytics tools and platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• High attention to detail with ability to meet tight deadlines
