Are you a Marketing Manager with a background in working in the Energy sector looking to really progress your career and spearhead a brand new marketing team for a company that has ambitious plans to become a real leader in the market?

In this role, you will lead the creation and delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns, support brand development, and help educate homeowners about the benefits of sustainable upgrades - all while contributing directly to the mission of making UK homes more energy-efficient and affordable.

This role would suit someone with some Marketing experience that is looking to take a lead reign and help really build the companies marketing strategy from the ground up.

The Person

• Marketing experience in the Energy sector
• Looking to progress to a lead role
• Commutable to Swansea

The Role

• Work closely with external marketing strategies
• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing
