Since 2021, we have been providing top-tier brand management services for companies looking to expand their presence on Amazon, TikTok Shop, and Meta Store and we are now evolving to a full service marketplace agency to provide brands with a one-stop solution for all their ecommerce marketing needs.

The Role:
This role is crucial to the next stage of the agency's success. You will be involved in a wide range of tasks to help secure new clients, manage existing relationships, and contribute to the growth and success of the agency.

On a day-to-day basis you will be responsible for:
Account Management -

To support the founder in driving and enhancing sales performance, brand visibility and customer satisfaction for a portfolio of clients across all online marketplaces
Merchandising / Catalogue Management

- Ensure the accuracy, optimization, and strategic organisation of product listings to enhance discoverability, drive sales, and improve the overall customer experience on the Amazon platform.
Affiliate Management:

Identifying, recruiting and managing affiliates to effectively promote products on TikTok Shop.
Keyword Research and Marketplace Intelligence:

Conducting comprehensive keyword research and gathering of marketplace intelligence to identify trends and opportunities for improving product visibility and performance.
Performance Reporting:

Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on the performance of advertising campaigns and SEO strategies, providing actionable insights to optimize results and drive sales growth.
Reporting:

Providing regular in-depth performance reports and updates to clients or internal stakeholders.
Promotional implementation & Analysis

Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years professional experience
Bachelor's Degree - 2:1 minimum
Commutable distance to Leamington Spa
Enthusiastic about working directly with a founder in the online marketplace industry
Previous experience in a data analytics role or a similar position is desirable
