Here’s what you need to know:

Your Responsibilities:

• Support Marketing Operations Manager with daily tasks, working with event vendors and ensuring smooth running of processes.
• Process and tracking of team contracts through internal portal system.
• Process and tracking of all accounts payable functions, such as PO’s and GRN’s
• Maintain all documents related to the tracking of legal and finance processes
• Source and order items and suppliers as required to support Team Project managers across all of EMEA.

About You:

• 2 years experience in an administrative focussed role, ideally within FMCG, in Marketing or Operations.
• Comfortable with high-volume processing.
• Organised, methodical, and detail-oriented.
• Working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Powerpoint.
• Strong communicator with a passion for working in a fast-paced environment.
