The Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Marketing Project Manager to lead the planning and delivery of creative projects across TentBox.
Working cross-functionally, you’ll sit at the centre of our creative output, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on brand, and to a high standard. You’ll be responsible for managing workflows, coordinating teams, and building processes that enable the creative and marketing teams to operate efficiently and effectively.
This role is ideal for someone with 3–5 years’ experience in creative project management (agency or brand-side), with proven experience managing budgets and resources effectively.
What you’ll do
Own the end-to-end delivery of creative projects, from initial briefing through to final asset delivery
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and milestones to keep teams aligned and on track
Coordinate internal teams and external partners (e.g. photographers, creators, production) to deliver high-quality content
Manage shoot logistics, including scheduling, resourcing, props, and on-the-day support where needed
Oversee the briefing process, ensuring clear, actionable briefs and smooth handovers between teams
Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and timelines
Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and team efficiency
What success looks like
Creative projects are delivered on time, on brief, and to a high standard
Teams are aligned, informed, and working efficiently across projects
Shoot days and productions run smoothly and deliver strong outputs
Clear, structured processes are in place and consistently followed
Bottlenecks are identified early and resolved proactively
What we’re looking for
Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
A solid understanding of creative processes and how high-quality work gets produced
Proactive problem-solver, able to anticipate challenges and keep projects on track
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
3–5 years’ experience in creative project management (agency or brand-side)
Experience managing budgets and resources effectively
