Join our pioneering international marketing team! We seek a proactive, problem-solving Marketing Project Manager who works well under pressure. In this hands-on role, you'll manage and execute marketing projects, ensuring timely and budget-friendly completion. This is a temporary (2 years) and part-time position based in Plymouth.
Responsibilities include managing projects from start to finish, coordinating between our Brand Team and creative team. You'll handle events, produce creative sales tools, and oversee project development in our management system. Clear communication of project details and timelines to cross-functional teams is key.
You'll also create or review content for web pages, news stories, presentations, flyers, and design materials for events, social media, and emails. Representing our marketing department, you'll be a positive and excellent communicator.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Providing excellent customer service to our internal customer, while also supporting our internal team members through the course of the projects being managed.
Coordinate between business project stakeholders and the marketing team to ensure that all aspects of the project are executed correctly and on time.
Ensure brand consistency, including visual identity and messaging.
Work in partnership with Brand Managers and creative teams to execute marketing strategies.
Manage projects in the project management system, holding all subject matter experts, reviewers, and stakeholders to the agreed-upon timelines.
Collect or develop assets for collateral, animations, social media posts, webpages, and other marketing projects, including design elements.
Coordinate activities and digital assets for virtual and in-person events, including building webinar structure in our Big Marker platform.
Ensure proper storage of all marketing collateral in the BrandFolder system.
Collate information from various platforms to generate data for monthly or quarterly reports.
Comply with all NOV company policies.

Required profile:

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
Working experience in creative project management or marketing coordination experience or other related activities (essential)
Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering quality (essential)
The ideal candidate exhibits a proactive, problem-solving mindset (essential)
InDesign experience a plus
Digital Asset Management system experience a plus
Project Management certification a plus
