Marketing recruitment consultant

We are a well-respected start up within the digital marketing and social media advertising space.

We have an impressive client base including a range of tier 1 celebrity brands, publicly listed companies and household brand names.

We are known specifically for our quality of results which has led us to consistently beating the market benchmarks year on year.

We are looking to add recruitment consulting, both contract and permanent placement, to our service offerings.

You will be responsible for building out a full-cycle recruitment desk within the digital marketing sector from the ground up.

This role requires someone with experience with the full recruitment lifecycle and a true entrepreneurial spirit.

Key roles and responsibilities include: ·

Identifying and developing client/business relationships ·

Building and maintaining a candidate database ·

Writing job adverts and screening suitable applicants ·

Headhunting talented candidates and briefing them on job opportunities ·

Managing the process through the interview to offer stage and beyond ·

Negotiating salary and finalising arrangements between client and candidate ·

Offering CV, interview and general career advice ·

Networking to build business intelligence that can be converted into commercial opportunities Skills and Experience ·

2+ years working at a recruitment agency, preferably within digital marketing ·

Proven track record both with acquiring new clients and placing candidates ·

Experience with all facets of the recruitment cycle, from writing job adverts and screening potential candidates to headhunting and search ·

An entrepreneurial attitude ·

Experience with both permanent placements and contracting a plus ·

An understanding of the digital marketing and social media advertising commercial landscape a plus Remuneration package ·

$180,000 OTE ·
