Marketing Sales Assistant

Our client is looking for an experienced Marketing Sales experience to join their team

Permanent position
Monday to Friday
0900 till 1700
£26000 per year

Duties
Process chemical orders via phone and email
Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
Liaise with the logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
Maintain and update data entry
Process sales orders
Produce marketing material for customers
Support field sales team
Order marketing material
Liaise with marketing global team
Site visits to produce material for social media
Create marketing campaigns to bring in new leads for the businesses via computer system

Key Skills

Must be sufficient in all Microsoft packages
Previous admin experience
Language Spanish would be an advantage
Must have excellent verbal and written skills
Computer literate
Driving License
