The Role

As our Sales & Marketing Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the business. You’ll lead client relationships, drive sales and marketing initiatives, contribute to product development, and help build the long-term vision of the company. This is a dynamic, hands-on role for someone who thrives on autonomy, innovation, and meaningful work.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage and grow relationships with luxury horticultural clients
• Lead sales operations and marketing campaigns
• Contribute to commercial strategy and operational planning
• Collaborate on product development and innovation
• Help shape and articulate the company’s long-term vision and growth strategy
• Liaise with production and logistics teams to ensure seamless delivery
• Occasional UK-wide travel (all expenses paid) to connect with clients and deepen your product knowledge
