We are now looking to expand our marketing team, so we are on the lookout for an ambitious marketing professional. You will be joining a successful, well-established and proven recruitment agency that prides itself in putting employees at the centre of everything they do.

What is the role?
This is not your typical marketing role as we have a very modern approach to our marketing strategies. This role will be split between sourcing as well as having a focus on social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram etc. You will have the freedom to be creative and come up with your own original content to make us stand out from the crowd as a brand.

We will turn you into a LinkedIn whiz with the use of videos, messages and a range of techniques and platforms to drive our brand awareness as well as create leads, and book calls for our recruiters. We take personalisation to the next level with the use of video messaging and LinkedIn videos - this means the ideal person for the job shouldn’t be camera shy!

With this role you have many different opportunities to learn skills in different areas whether that be automation, social media, recruitment or events management - we have plenty of different avenues which makes this role so unique!

Requirements:

• Experience in social media content especially the use of LinkedIn
• An understanding of the recruitment industry
• An interest in all things digital
• Outgoing and chatty personality
• Creative and innovative especially with social media
• Works well in a small team
• A determined attitude and willingness to learn
