Marketing Specialist

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team at Eastwood Park as a Marketing Specialist. As part of a small and agile marketing team which you'll line manage, you’ll be hands-on across a wide range of activities and will be responsible for the development and delivery of the marketing strategy in line with the overall objectives and strategic plan of the business. In addition, you will oversee and contribute to campaign delivery across digital, email, social, website, print, and third-party channels and monitor, analyse and report on the effectiveness of marketing activity across all platforms and campaigns.

This role would be for 37 hours per week and some hybrid working can be agreed on an ad-hoc informal basis.

What We're Looking For:

Either a relevant degree or marketing experience (this is essential)

Strong writing skills for online, print and social media communications.

A high calibre and proactive individual

All round excellent communication skills.

Motivated and organised with an ability to manage multiple projects at any one time.

Meticulous attention to detail.

General IT skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Experience working with In Design/Adobe Creative Suite/Photoshop is preferable.
