Marketplace Administrator (Temp to Perm)

Location: Hamstead
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00
Start Date: August
 
We're recruiting on behalf of our client for a Marketplace Administrator to join their growing team on a temp-to-perm basis. This is a varied role, ideal for someone with solid administrative experience who is looking for a stable, long-term career.

Key Responsibilities
Day-to-day administration of online marketplaces, including eBay and Amazon.
Processing customer orders and updating marketplace systems.
Responding to B2B and B2C customer enquiries via phone and email.
Building relationships with restaurant and pub owners, customers, and courier companies.
Coordinating deliveries and resolving courier queries.
Packing and dispatching customer orders.
Providing general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the business.
About You

Solid experience in an administrative role.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied workload.
A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Confidence using computer systems and learning new software.
Experience with online marketplaces such as eBay, Amazon, or similar platforms is desirable but not essential.
The ability to speak Punjabi would be an advantage, but is not essential.
A positive, hands-on approach and willingness to support the team with packing and dispatch duties when required.
