Marketplace Fulfilment Supervisor
Do you enjoy working in a busy warehouse where teamwork, accuracy and responsibility matter?
We are looking for a reliable and organised person to help lead our fulfilment team. This is a hands-on role with responsibility for making sure customer orders are packed and dispatched on time while supporting the smooth running of the warehouse.
Main Responsibilities
* Lead and support the fulfilment team each day.
* Help manage warehouse operations and support the Factory Manager.
* Pick, pack, label and dispatch customer orders accurately and on time.
* Manage returns, stock replenishment and stock checks.
* Support general warehouse and production tasks when required.
* Use warehouse systems, barcode scanners and Microsoft Business Central.
* Follow Health & Safety procedures and help improve warehouse processes.
What We're Looking For
* Reliable, organised and able to work well under pressure.
* Good communication skills with a positive, team-focused attitude.
* Willing to learn new systems and take responsibility for your work.
* Comfortable using computers and warehouse software.
Desirable
* Warehouse, fulfilment or manufacturing experience.
* Forklift licence, First Aid qualification, or experience with Microsoft Business Central.

Working Hours
* Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
* Saturday: 10:00am – 3:00pm
Some flexibility may be needed during busy periods to ensure customer orders are dispatched on time
