MarTech Architect (Contract) £600-£700 per day | Outside IR35 Initail 3 Months Midlands (1 day a month)
REED Technology are working with a client who are seeking an experienced MarTech Architect to play a key role in shaping the future of customer engagement, personalisation and AI-enabled marketing capabilities within a large-scale consumer-facing environment.
This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of marketing, data, technology and customer experience, helping define and deliver solutions that enable smarter, more personalised customer interactions across multiple channels.
Key responsibilities
Defining architecture solutions across Marketing Technology ecosystems Evaluating existing customer engagement, marketing and data platforms Supporting technology assessments, vendor evaluations and RFP processes Designing future-state solutions focused on customer personalisation and automation Identifying opportunities to leverage AI across marketing operations and customer engagement journeys Working closely with stakeholders across Technology, Product, Data and Marketing functions Producing architecture artefacts, solution designs and technology roadmaps Supporting delivery teams through implementation and adoptionSkills and Experinece
Essential
Proven experience as a MarTech Architect, Solution Architect or Digital Architect Strong understanding of Marketing Technology ecosystems Experience with CRM, Customer Data Platforms (CDP), customer engagement or personalisation platforms Experience leading or contributing to vendor selection and RFP activities Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to operate across architecture strategy, roadmap definition and delivery Experience working within complex digital transformation programmesDesirable
Exposure to one or more of the following:
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Adobe Experience Cloud Braze Bloomreach Treasure Data (AI) Hightouch Loyalty platforms Customer journey orchestration solutions Decisioning engines AI-enabled marketing platforms Customer data and personalisation technologiesSuitable Candidates Will Be Able To Demonstrate
