Hours: Mon–Thurs 08:00–17:15, Fri 08:00–12:00

About the Role

Bolt Technical are recruiting for a Master Data & BOM Analyst to join a growing Electrical Manufacturing business.

This is a newly created role where you’ll take ownership of item master data and BOM structures, ensuring accuracy across the ERP system to support planning, procurement and production.

You’ll act as a key link between engineering and operations, improving data quality, supporting MRP, and driving best practice across the business.

Key Responsibilities

* Maintain accurate item master data within ERP

* Create and manage multi-level BOMs

* Control BOM revisions and engineering changes

* Support MRP and resolve data-related planning issues

* Ensure data consistency across departments

* Drive improvements, audits and data standards

What They’re Looking For

* ERP experience managing BOMs and item data

* Understanding of manufacturing and MRP

* Strong Excel and data skills

* High attention to detail

* Confident communicator with problem-solving mindset
