Diagnostic Technician / Master Technician

£35,000 - £43,000 Basic + Bonus (Dependent on Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnosing complex vehicle faults using manufacturer diagnostic equipment
Carrying out advanced repairs and technical investigations
Supporting and mentoring junior technicians where appropriate
Completing servicing, maintenance and repair work to franchise standards
Ensuring high levels of efficiency and quality workmanship
Keeping up to date with manufacturer technology and training

Requirements

Requirements:

Qualified Vehicle Technician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
Strong diagnostic capabilities
Previous dealership experience preferred
Manufacturer accreditation beneficial but not essential
Full UK driving licence
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
