Salary: £35,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Working Pattern: 4-day working week (rotating schedule for two 4-day weekends per month)

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Vehicle Technician - 4-Day Week to join our busy dealership workshop. This is an excellent opportunity for a top-level technician looking for a better work-life balance through a progressive 4-day working week schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out complex diagnostics, advanced repairs, and MOT preparations on a wide range of vehicles to the highest manufacturer standards.
Conduct in-depth fault finding and provide technical expertise to support other technicians.
Oversee quality control processes and ensure all work meets exceptional standards.
Maintain accurate records of work completed and parts used.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and dealership procedures.
Mentor and support junior technicians to develop their skills and knowledge.
Keep up to date with the latest manufacturer technical training and developments.

Working Hours

Week 1: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Week 2: Tuesday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Off days: Friday to Sunday in Week 1, Saturday to Monday in Week 2
This rotating schedule provides two 4-day weekends per month, promoting a healthy work-life balance.

Candidate Profile

Proven experience as a Master Technician within a dealership or high-level garage environment.
Fully qualified with relevant Master Technician status, manufacturer accreditations, or equivalent advanced certifications.
Exceptional diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lead by example, delivering work to the highest standards.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
Good communication skills and a professional attitude.
