Master Vehicle Technician

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a reputable automotive repair business with multiple sites, who is seeking a Master Vehicle Technician for their location in Rumney. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and experienced motor trade Master Vehicle Technician to join a growing team committed to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Carry out fault finding and complex repairs to vehicle systems
Perform large repair jobs such as engine rebuilding, diagnostics, and electrical work
Ensure all work meets high-quality standards, adhering to customer satisfaction priorities
Complete jobs accurately on the first attempt, maintaining the company's quality over quantity ethos
Follow manufacturer guidelines and our client’s specific repair procedures
Support team members and contribute to a positive workshop environment
Maintain accurate documentation of all work completed
Adhere to health and safety regulations within the workshop environmentRequirements:

Qualified Vehicle Technician to NVQ Level 2 or equivalent; applications from time-served technicians without formal qualifications are welcomed
Proven experience in a similar Master Vehicle Technician role
Full UK driving licence with minimal points
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong commitment to delivering high standards of quality and customer service
