Mastic Installer

We are currently recruiting for experienced Mastic Installers to join our client's construction team on an ongoing basis.

The Role

You will be responsible for applying sealants and mastics to a high standard across commercial and residential construction projects, ensuring a clean, professional and watertight finish.

Key Responsibilities

Applying silicone, sealants and mastic to joints, gaps and movement joints
Sealing around windows, doors, frames, bathrooms and other construction areas
Preparing surfaces before application
Ensuring clean, straight and professional finishes
Removing and replacing existing sealant where required
Working from drawings and site instructions
Maintaining high standards of workmanship
Following site health & safety requirements
Keeping work areas clean and tidy

Requirements

Previous experience as a Mastic Installer / Mastic Man
Good knowledge of silicone and sealant applications
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to achieve a clean and professional finish
Experience working on construction sites
CSCS card desirable/required depending on site
Full PPE
Reliable and punctual
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
