Materials Controller

Job Role: Materials Controller

Location: Rotherham

Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 per annum

Metalis are working with a family run engineering business in Rotherham, who are looking for a Materials Controller to join their team.

Job Duties:

Focus on stock control and materials handling
Support the processing team when needed
Carry out stock checks and update internal systems
Operate a Reach Truck
Pick materials for production jobs
Load and unload materials
Approximately 80% of the role will involve stock control duties with the remaining time supporting processing operations.

Job Requirements:

Valid Reach Truck Licence
Experience within an engineering or manufacturing environment
Experience using stock control systems
Basic machine operation (saws, industrial machinery etc)
Afternoon/night shift work may be required from time to time

Salary, Shift & Benefits:

£27,000 - £30,000 per annum
Monday to Thursday, 7am - 3pm, 8am - 4pm & Friday, 7am - 2:30pm
