Role: Materials Recovery Facilities Manager
Location: Ascot, Berkshire
Rate of Pay: £50,000pa

Platinum Recruitment are currently working with a Waste & Recycling company who are looking for a Materials Recover Facilities (MRF) Manager to join their busy team in their Ascot, Berkshire office.

What's involved?

• Ensuring the safe & efficient running of the waste management & recycling department
• Controlling the input & output of production & ensuring a smooth process is ran
• Monitoring health & safety & ensuing compliance is adhered
• Controlling budgets
• Attending meetings
• Direct interface with clients to assist with resolutions
• Producing /?reporting to Manager as required.
• Analysis of waste where required.
• Write & implement operational policies
• Provide continuous improvement
• Management and development of MRF various staff
• Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
• Understand customer requirements and find suitable solutions to meet those needs.

What requirements?

• Strong commercial understanding of waste recycling.
  * Knowledge of relevant health and safety policies and procedures.
  * Self-motivated as well as a good motivator
  * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  * Must possess excellent organisational skills, meeting deadlines, plan and prioritise workloads.
