Our client, a highly regarded secondary school in Bournemouth, is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Mathematics Teacher to join their esteemed faculty. Scope of Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Delivering engaging and rigorous mathematics instruction to students across Key Stages 3 and 4.


• Developing and implementing dynamic lesson plans that align with the national curriculum and school's educational philosophy.


• Employing a variety of teaching strategies to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.


• Assessing student progress through formative and summative assessments, providing timely and constructive feedback.


• Collaborating with colleagues within the Mathematics department and across the wider school community to enhance the quality of teaching and learning.


• Actively participating in professional development activities to maintain current knowledge of best practices in mathematics education.

Qualifications and Attributes

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or a related field.


• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification recognized in the UK.


• Demonstrated experience teaching mathematics at the secondary level, preferably within the UK educational system.


• A deep understanding of mathematical concepts and principles.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, colleagues, and parents.


• A passion for mathematics and a commitment to inspiring students to achieve academic excellence.
