  • Deliver engaging and challenging Mathematics lessons across Key Stages 3, 4, and potentially 5 (A-Level), covering core mathematical topics and principles.
  
  
  • Develop and implement effective lesson plans that cater to a range of learning styles and abilities, incorporating varied teaching methodologies and resources.
  
  
  • Assess student progress through regular formative and summative assessments, providing timely and constructive feedback to support their learning and development in mathematics.
  
  
  • Contribute to the smooth running of the Mathematics department, including participating in departmental meetings and potentially assisting with extracurricular mathematics activities or clubs.
  
  
  • Maintain a positive and engaging learning environment within the mathematics classrooms.

  Ideal Candidate:
  
  
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a strong background and specialism in Mathematics.
  
  
  • Experience teaching Mathematics at the secondary level, ideally across a range of key stages including GCSE and potentially A-Level.
  
  
  • A thorough understanding of the secondary mathematics curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
  
  
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students of all abilities.
