  • Deliver engaging and differentiated Mathematics lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
  
  
  • Develop and implement effective lesson plans that cater to a range of learning styles and abilities, utilizing a variety of teaching resources and strategies.
  
  
  • Assess student progress through regular formative and summative assessments, providing timely and constructive feedback to guide their learning and inform future instruction.
  
  
  • Contribute to the development of the mathematics curriculum, share best practices with colleagues, and participate actively in departmental meetings and initiatives.
  
  
  • Offer support and guidance to students through extracurricular mathematics clubs, tutoring sessions, or intervention programs as needed.

  Ideal Candidate:

  
  
  
  
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Mathematics.
  
  
  • A strong and up-to-date understanding of the secondary mathematics curriculum and effective, research-based teaching methodologies.
  
  
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive and productive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
  
  
  • A genuine passion for mathematics and a demonstrated ability to make the subject accessible, engaging, and relevant for all learners, regardless of their prior attainment or background.
