? What You'll Be Doing

• Delivering engaging, high-quality Maths lessons tailored to meet individual student needs.
• Supporting students with special educational needs and adapting lessons for differentiated learning.
• Using creativity to bring Maths to life both inside and outside the classroom.
• Supporting learners emotionally as well as academically, with a trauma-informed approach.
• Contributing to school development and the wider Progress Schools group.

? What We're Looking For

• A degree in a relevant subject (Maths or SEN).
• A teaching qualification (QTS/QTLS) or willingness to work towards one.
• At least a Grade 4/C in Maths or higher.
• Prior experience working in a school environment, ideally at the secondary level.
• Strong engagement and behaviour management skills.
• An understanding of alternative provision and working with students with additional needs.
• A clear commitment to safeguarding, equality, and promoting British values.

?? Desirable but Not Essential

• Specialist SEN Teaching Qualifications.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed teaching practices.
• Experience in delivering qualifications in alternative or vocational pathways.
