Tradewind Recruitment is working with secondary schools in Daventry that are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Maths Teachers to join their teams from September 2025. These are full-time, long-term positions ideal for both experienced educators and confident ECTs looking to develop their teaching practice in a supportive environment.

You'll play a vital role in delivering engaging, high-quality Maths lessons that challenge and motivate students across Key Stages 3 and 4 - helping them to build confidence and achieve their potential.

What you'll be doing:

• Planning and delivering creative, differentiated Maths lessons in line with the national curriculum

• Assessing pupil progress and adapting lessons to meet individual needs

• Managing behaviour effectively to maintain a positive and focused classroom environment

• Contributing to departmental planning, development and enrichment opportunities

• Working as part of a collaborative and supportive staff team

You'll be a great fit if you:

• Hold UK QTS or equivalent teaching qualification in Mathematics

• Have recent experience teaching Maths in UK secondary schools

• Are committed to delivering high standards of teaching and learning

• Have excellent subject knowledge and strong classroom management skills

• Are eager to be part of a forward-thinking school community
