Are you a dedicated and motivated Mathematics teacher looking to make a lasting impact in a thriving secondary school environment?

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate Maths Teacher to join a supportive and forward-thinking department. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of the mathematics curriculum, a commitment to high-quality teaching, and a desire to help students achieve their full academic potential.

• Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in Mathematics across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 advantageous).

• Contribute to the planning, development, and evaluation of teaching materials and schemes of work.

• Track and monitor student progress, offering timely feedback and support to promote academic growth.

• Support whole-school and departmental initiatives for curriculum development and quality assurance.

• Participate fully in the school's pastoral system as a Form Tutor, fostering the well-being and personal development of students.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a positive, achievement-focused learning environment.

• Take part in school events, open evenings, parents' consultations, and cross-curricular activities.

• Uphold and promote safeguarding, inclusion, and the values of a diverse school community.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

• A degree in Mathematics or a related field.

• Proven ability to deliver high-quality teaching and learning.

• Effective classroom and behaviour management skills.

• Strong organisational and communication skills.

• Commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice.

• A team player with a student-centred approach.
