Full-Time Position | Temp-to-Perm and Permanent Roles Available | September 2025 Start

Tradewind Recruitment is currently working with several excellent secondary schools across Northamptonshire looking to appoint motivated and skilled Maths teachers for full-time roles starting in September 2025.

Your role will involve:

• Teaching Mathematics across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 available in some schools)

• Creating engaging, well-structured lessons that promote problem-solving and independent thinking

• Using data to track progress and adapt teaching to meet student needs

• Contributing to a collaborative and supportive Maths department

• Encouraging a positive attitude toward numeracy and logical reasoning

We're looking for someone who:

• Holds QTS (or equivalent) and has experience teaching Maths in secondary schools

• Has strong subject knowledge and a commitment to high-quality teaching

• Can manage classroom behaviour effectively and build positive relationships with students

• Is open to long-term roles with potential for permanent placement

• Brings energy, creativity, and resilience to the classroom
