Salary: MPS/UPS - Competitive and dependent on experience

We are seeking motivated and talented Maths Teachers to join multiple secondary schools in Kettering for the academic year commencing September 2025. These schools offer a supportive and inclusive environment where staff are valued and students are encouraged to reach their full potential. As a Maths Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons primarily across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, supporting students to develop key mathematical knowledge and skills, as well as exam readiness. There may also be opportunities to teach A-Level Maths or Further Maths for those with the relevant experience.

• Prepare and deliver well-structured maths lessons tailored to meet the needs of students at different levels

• Help students build their confidence and competence in mathematical concepts and problem-solving

• Monitor progress, provide feedback, and support students to achieve their academic targets

• Maintain good classroom discipline and foster a positive learning atmosphere

• Work closely with the maths department team to develop resources and share teaching strategies

• Liaise with parents and carers when necessary to support student achievement and behaviour

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent qualification

• Strong understanding of the maths curriculum and assessment requirements for secondary education

• Ability to manage classrooms effectively and adapt to varied learning needs

• Dedication to supporting students of all abilities, including those with additional needs

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
