You will be teaching small groups of Key Stage 3 and 4 students who have been excluded or are at risk of exclusion from mainstream education. With excellent leadership, a strong pastoral support system, and a culture of high expectations, this school provides the ideal setting for a dedicated Maths Teacher to help pupils re-engage with learning and succeed. The successful candidate will have strong classroom management skills, be adaptable, and committed to helping all students reach their potential.
Job Role: - Teaching Maths to small groups of KS3 & KS4 students
- Creating engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs
- Working closely with pastoral and leadership teams to support student progress
- Tracking pupil progress and maintaining a focus on positive outcomes
- Participating in staff training and whole-school development
