EdEx is working exclusively with a high-performing, forward-thinking school in Ealing to recruit a Maths Teacher & Deputy Head of Department for a permanent contract starting in September 2025. This role is directly employed by the school and is not supply-based.

As Maths Teacher & Deputy Head of Department, you will take an active lead in shaping curriculum design, enhancing pedagogical practice across the department, and supporting the strategic development of Maths provision. You'll also have a reduced core teaching timetable, allowing you time for your leadership responsibilities.

• Qualified Maths Teacher with QTS (UK)

• Experience mentoring or coaching colleagues, or leading initiatives
• Passionate about evidence-informed practice and curriculum thinking
• Confident supporting the Head of Department in line management and data tracking
• Committed to raising standards and narrowing attainment gaps across all key stages
