Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Maths Teacher lessons to students in Key Stages 3 and 4.


• Prepare students effectively for GCSE Mathematics examinations, ensuring a deep understanding of mathematical principles.


• Foster a supportive and challenging classroom environment that encourages mathematical reasoning and exploration.


• Assess and monitor student progress in Maths, providing clear and constructive feedback to support their mathematical journey.

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent with a specialism in Mathematics.


• Demonstrated experience teaching Maths at the secondary level (Key Stages 3 & 4).


• A strong and comprehensive knowledge of mathematical concepts and effective teaching methodologies.


• Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex mathematical ideas clearly and engagingly to students of varying abilities.
