Your Role:

🔹 Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated Maths lessons tailored to students with a range of learning needs.
🔹 Use creative and adaptive teaching methods to make Maths accessible and enjoyable.
🔹 Foster a positive, structured classroom environment that encourages student confidence and independence.
🔹 Work closely with SENCOs, support staff, and external professionals to create effective learning strategies.
🔹 Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) to track student progress.
🔹 Build strong relationships with parents and carers to ensure a holistic approach to student development.

Who We’re Looking For:

✅ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
✅ Experience teaching Maths, ideally within an SEN or inclusive setting.
✅ A patient, creative, and flexible teaching approach.
✅ Strong understanding of differentiation strategies and SEN best practices.
✅ Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
✅ An Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
