We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Maths teacher to join an independent school in Telford starting in September. The successful candidate will be expected to teach Maths to KS3, KS4, and KS5, ensuring high-quality delivery of the curriculum across all levels. The Maths department is well-resourced and boasts a collaborative and supportive team. The school is keen to receive applications from both ECTs and experienced teachers.

Experience and Qualifications

• Ability to teach Maths to KS3, KS4, and KS5.


• Excellent subject knowledge and a passion for teaching Maths.


• A teaching qualification with QTS.


• Legal ability to work within the UK.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Planning and delivering lessons to meet the needs of all learners.


• Assessing and recording student progress.


• Managing the classroom and resources effectively to create a positive and stimulating learning environment.


• Maintaining positive discipline and promoting the well-being of students.


• Developing strong relationships with colleagues, parents, and students to support student progress.

Salary
The salary will be paid in line with the teacher pay scale (MPS/UPS).
