Maths Teacher Role in Stratford-upon-Avon

An independent secondary school in Stratford-upon-Avon is seeking a passionate and dedicated Maths Teacher to join its successful department. The successful candidate will teach engaging Mathematics lessons across KS3 and KS4, with opportunities for KS5 teaching depending on experience. The role offers the chance to encourage strong mathematical understanding, problem-solving and independent thinking.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging Maths lessons across KS3-KS5

• Prepare students for GCSE and A-Level examinations

• Differentiate teaching to support a range of abilities

• Assess progress and provide effective feedback

• Maintain excellent classroom management

• Contribute to department planning and enrichment activities

Candidate Requirements

• QTS or equivalent teaching qualification

• Strong degree-level knowledge of Mathematics or a related subject

• Experience teaching Maths at secondary level

• Excellent classroom management and communication skills

• Passion for helping students achieve their potential
