🎓 Maths Teacher Needed - RCT

Aspire People are currently recruiting for an experienced Maths Teacher to join a secondary school in Rhondda Cynon Taf.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified teacher looking for a full-time, long-term position within a supportive secondary school.

📐 The Role

You will be responsible for:

Teaching Maths
Planning and delivering engaging, high-quality lessons
Preparing students for relevant examinations and assessments
Differentiating lessons to meet a range of abilities and learning needs
Monitoring student progress and providing constructive feedback
Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Maintaining high expectations for learning and behaviour
Working collaboratively with colleagues within the Maths department
Supporting students with ALN/SEN where required
✅ We're Looking For
QTS or relevant teaching qualification
Strong subject knowledge in Maths
Experience teaching Maths within a secondary school setting
Ability to plan and deliver engaging and well-structured lessons
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
Excellent communication and organisational skills
EWC registration or willingness to obtain
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
