We are looking for a talented Maths Teacher to join an Outstanding school in Stoke-on-Trent. The successful applicant will be expected to teach Maths at KS3 -KS5 on a full-time basis. The Maths department is highly successful, well-resourced, and supported by a dedicated Head of Department. The school is happy to receive applications from both ECTs and experienced teachers. There is also an opportunity to take on additional responsibilities within the department with a TLR for suitable candidates.

Experience and Qualifications:

• 
  Maths Teacher to teach Maths at KS3- KS5
  


• Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics


• A teaching qualification with QTS
  


• Legal ability to work within the UK

Specific Responsibilities:

• 
  Lesson planning and effective delivery to meet the needs of all learners


• Assessment and recording of achievement


• 
  Classroom management to create a safe, stimulating, and positive learning environment


• Maintaining positive discipline and promoting the well-being and progress of students


• Developing strong relationships with colleagues, parents, and students
  

Salary:

The salary will be paid in line with the teacher pay scale (MPS/UPS), with a TLR opportunity for suitable candidates.
