Measured Building Surveyors

We are working on behalf of a respected surveying consultancy to recruit a Measured Building Surveyor to support the continued growth of their specialist team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of high-profile commercial, residential, and heritage sites using the latest surveying technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct measured building surveys using total station and laser scanning equipment
  




• Process point cloud data and produce 2D and/or 3D survey drawings
  




• Produce high-quality floor plans, elevations, sections, and internal layouts
  




• Liaise with clients to understand project requirements and ensure satisfaction
  




• Work collaboratively with the wider surveying team on multi-disciplinary projects
  




• Travel to sites as required (overnight stays may occasionally be necessary)
  

Requirements

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience in measured building surveying (2+ years preferred)
  




• Proficient in using surveying instruments and software (e.g., AutoCAD, Leica Cyclone, Revit or similar)
  




• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in survey data and drawings
  




• Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with clients and team members
  




• Full UK driving licence (essential)
