Mechanic

An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced Van Technician, LGV Technician, HGV Technician in the Aylesbury area working just half the year!

Working a shift pattern of ‘4 On / 4 Off’ and 11-hour days shifts, you will be required to carry out repair, servicing and maintenance of 3.5T – 5T vehicles / vans.

As part of a team of experienced Technicians, you will work on a variety of vehicles.

Responsibilities include:

* Conducting vehicle inspections

* Performing routine servicing and scheduled maintenance

* Carrying out reactive maintenance as required

* Preparing and presenting vehicles for MOT testing

* Diagnosing and rectifying running defects

* Undertaking general Technician duties

The successful applicant will be qualified to Level 3 or equivalent and have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar position.

Overtime is also available along with great company benefits along with a basic salary of £50,000 per annum
