If you’re a skilled Vehicle Technician with a solid mechanical foundation and a genuine passion for classics, restomods, and performance machinery, this is the role that puts your talents centre stage.

The Opportunity:
You’ll join a specialist workshop known for its uncompromising approach to restoration and bespoke builds. From concours-level classics to modernised performance conversions and in-house motorsport projects, no two vehicles are alike — and no day feels the same.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Stripping down, rebuilding and fault-finding engines with precision
• Diagnosing and resolving vehicle faults across a range of marques
• Contributing to full restorations and high-spec rebuilds
• Taking ownership of your work, from planning to delivery
• Guiding and mentoring junior team members
• Using tools and methods that prioritise quality over speed

What You Bring:

• At least 5 years’ hands-on workshop experience
• Confidence with classic or modern classic systems, including engine work
• A sharp eye for detail and a standard that never drops
• A collaborative mindset — comfortable both working solo and as part of a team
• Good communication skills and the ability to update and track project work
• Bonus: Experience with gearboxes, differentials, or race prep (not essential)

What’s On Offer:

• Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per year
• Full-time, permanent contract
• Monday to Friday schedule + optional overtime
