MECHANICAL Advance Fitter / Working Supervisor

The package:

Company van and Fuel card provided.

Salary range - dependant on experience, client will pay up to 60K for an exceptional individual.

Fares - congestion charge and parking paid.

Working hours 08:00 to 16:30 with half an hour for lunch.

Standard holiday entitlement which rises with service.

10% Pension.

An opportunity to work for a medium size company that mainly works on commercial buildings is available.

Well-established air conditioning company that have been in business since 1980. Covering the M25 and surrounding counties and deal with some very important blue-chip clients.

The client directly employs pipe fitters and service engineers. Pipework varied from chilled water, steam, heating, and refrigerant.

Main works are air conditioning, having ductwork, insulation and electrical services carried out by sub-contractors.

Advance Fitter/Working Supervisor with experience and qualifications in building services.

Experience and qualification within the industry is essential along with the ability to be able to work unsupervised and to a high standard. Driving licence and good communication skills are essential.

• Site based work installing Heating

• Chilled water

• Hot and Cold Water Services

• Above ground drainage systems, etc within new and refurbished commercial and industrial building etc

• Initially working closely with one of the site supervisors then as you progress, having your own Projects being part of their site team performing specific tasks

Requirements:

• Have a current Skillcard including safety qualification

• Be able to work with copper pipework solder and press fit

• Steel barrel including using a threading machine

• Install pipework to a drawing or instructions from a supervisor
