Mechanical & Electrical Coordinator - Responsibilities & Requirements

• Must have proven experience within a Construction environment
• Will report directly to senior management
• Strong collaboration skills, acting as a liaison between various departments and stakeholders including site management, contractors, engineers and designers
• Developing and implementing Mechanical and Electrical commissioning and installation plans
• Supporting with the design and tender processes
• Articulate in approach, ensuring that M&E designers identify any hazards to health and safety when designing works
• Reviewing the contract programme on a regular basis
• Responsible for cost checks on M&E design proposals
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude are a must!
