M&E PROJECT MANAGER REQUIRED – TWICKENHAM, LONDON

Arcade UK Ltd is looking for an experienced Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Project Manager to join our team on a project in Twickenham, London.

Duration: Immediate start until July 2027.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee and manage all mechanical and electrical works on site.

* Coordinate subcontractors, site teams and suppliers.

* Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

* Monitor quality, health and safety, and compliance.

* Attend site meetings and liaise with clients and other contractors.

* Manage programme, progress and project documentation.

* Ensure all M&E installations meet required specifications and standards.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as an M&E Project Manager.

* Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical building services.

* Excellent organisational and communication skills.

* Ability to manage site teams and subcontractors effectively.

* Relevant qualifications and industry experience.

Location: Twickenham, London.
