Mechanical Building Services Lead

Hays Building Services are pleased to be assisting a leading consultancy in Bristol in the recruitment of a Mechanical Building Services Lead to join their expanding team.

Your New Role

You will be responsible for developing and executing technical excellence within the mission-critical market which will require a deep understanding of the data centre mechanical cooling design and associated building services, strong project leadership skills and the ability to collaborate across multiple disciplines to achieve project success for clients.

You will identify and establish relationships with key external stakeholders, develop and maintain technical design standards, be the point of contact within the business for technical design support as well as work closely with internal teams including architecture and engineering, sales, and project management to ensure a cohesive approach to client engagement and project delivery.

What You'll Need To Succeed

You will be an experienced Mechanical Engineer with a strong understanding of the data centre technical detailed design requirements, a proven track record of successfully delivering large and complex projects whilst developing client relationships, as well as strong leadership and team management skills.

What You'll Get In Return

This role is being offered with a salary between £60,000 - £80,000 per annum on a permanent contract.
